My nephew Shawn and his wife Sonia just had their first baby. Sofia Marie was born 7:59pm on January 22, 2009. She weighed 6 lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 inches long. She was three weeks early but is doing great.
My brother is now (gasp!) a new proud Grandpa! My parents are new great grandparents! Sofia is a beautiful new addition to our family.
