We had another "first" this week. Aiden started soccer. It's basically the only sport available for kids his age through school. The commitment is doable as well. Just an hour a week for 5 weeks. He absolutely LOVED it! He was very concerned about where he had to go (which field) and when he would get his t-shirt (they didn't get one yet). He didn't realize that Brock and I would be there the entire time. Then he was so happy we would be watching him. It was such perfect weather to sit outside and relax for an hour. We'll see if it's the same in October.

When Aiden came back for this water break he said in an out of breath voice "How'd I do mom?". As if he was a pro and asking the coach how it went. It was very cute.
He looks so far away in this one because he was. Had to use the super telephoto lens.
Now we are debating the hockey thing. I would rather wait to see what he wants to do but by then it's too late and all the kids the same age are at a higher skill level. We didn't put him in skates as soon as he could walk.

Soccer is a big sport in Utah. We really enjoy watching two of our grandson play in Utah and one in Idaho. We also like to watch Football in Kansas! :)
