We made it back from Aruba safe and sound. We stayed in the Palm Beach area. We also rented a car for the entire week this time which allowed us to do some exploring on our own.
This is near the north side of the island. No swimming up there! But beautiful.
This is Aiden slowly trying to get as close as he can to the iguana. The lizard was not having any of it.

Aiden and I on the North side. It was the best place to look for shells. We were looking for the best one for Grandma Val. Aiden was on a mission. Aruba reminds me of Arizona surrounded by ocean. It is a desert! The areas around the hotels have lush bushes and flowers because they plant and water them. The rest is cactus. That kind of environment guarantees a warm vacation!

This is a beach dog napping on a lounge chair. The chairs were lined up in front of the big screen on the beach for the football playoffs on Sunday night. Dogs are running lose all over the island.
